Through my corporate wellness days, retreats, and classes, I support your physical, emotional, and mental wellness with yoga, pilates, journalling, breath work, Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) and mindfulness. I create welcoming, supportive spaces where small, realistic changes lead to lasting wellbeing - helping individuals and workplaces feel healthier, calmer, more connected, and energised every day.

I understand where you’re coming from
Life can be chaotic, and making time for ourselves and our wellbeing can be a challenge.
My own experiences have deepened my empathy, resilience, and appreciation for true wellbeing. With decades of knowledge and a positive outlook, I bring genuine care and understanding to everything I offer.
You don’t need perfection or big changes - just the right support. I’m here to guide you with warmth, experience, and the belief that feeling better is always possible.

Experience you can feel
With 30 years in the wellness industry, I bring a depth of experience shaped by working with many personalities, body types, and life stages. My superpower is emotional intelligence - the ability to read the room, and respond with empathy and intuition, meeting people exactly where they are.
A life-led perspective
A year spent backpacking across Europe and the Middle East in the '80s shaped my values and formed my holistic approach to wellness. My time working as cabin crew also shaped my understanding of people, connections, and what truly matters. I discovered that I’m happiest when uplifting others, and that natural positivity continues to guide my work.
Knowledge, training & real-life understanding
My training includes GP referral, extensive Pilates training, back care, yoga, menopause support, cancer awareness, breathwork, mindful nutrition, and Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing), allowing me to adapt intuitively to both individuals and groups.
My approach is also shaped by lived experience, including my own journey through breast cancer, COVID, and sepsis while on chemotherapy, which deepened my belief in the power of mindfulness, breathwork, and compassionate support.

As a wife, mum, and grandmother, I understand real life and its demands. I create safe, inclusive spaces where wellbeing feels personal, supportive, and uplifting - helping you reconnect with strength, resilience, and joy.

After overcoming breast cancer, I choose to see every day of health as something to truly value. That perspective shapes everything I offer, bringing empathy, understanding, and a positive energy that helps you feel supported and uplifted.

My work has always been about helping people feel good. After many years in the wellness and fitness industry, and through my own personal health journey, I realised how powerful it is when wellbeing feels welcoming and uplifting.
That’s why I create wellness experiences that people enjoy and look forward to, whether in the workplace, at a retreat, or in a class. Through thoughtful, inclusive sessions, I help individuals and teams feel energised, supported, and more connected - bringing wellness into everyday life in a way that feels positive, sustainable, and real.
