I’m Jo, founder of Mulberry Wellness. I help workplaces and individuals weave wellbeing into everyday life through inclusive, feel-good wellness experiences.
From corporate wellness days to retreats, yoga, pilates, mindfulness sessions with expert collaborations. Everything I offer is rooted in empathy, experience, and a genuine passion for helping people feel their best.

My approach blends movement with breathwork, mindfulness, and personalised care to support both physical and mental wellbeing.

My own experience of recovering from breast cancer has shaped how I work and deepened my understanding of resilience, balance, and what truly matters. I know how easily wellbeing can be pushed aside in busy lives, and I’m here to help change that, guiding you to feeling stronger, calmer, and more supported.
